John holds a Masters of Science in Exercise Science- Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. John is a Captain in the Marine Corps. He is CrossFit Level 1 certified as well as a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the NASM. He has additional certifications through CrossFit in Running and Endurance Training, Basic Barbell, and Olympic Weightlifting. John is an active judo competitor and has participated in triathlon, marathon, Highland Games, soccer, wrestling, and swimming. John has strength and conditioning experience in wrestling, judo, sprinting, football, basketball, and baseball, as well as combat conditioning and everyday regular people trying to find their inner athlete.
